 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note that I won't be able to accept returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size, color, or quantity during your purchase, as this is considered a customer error. I kindly encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Personalized products or sale items cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

  • Once I receive your return request, I will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • I ship to Europe.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
  • Processing Time: I typically process orders within 4-7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may experience a delay.
  • Shipping Methods: I offer several shipping options depending on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping service and destination.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
  • Lost or Missing Items:
    • If an item is missing from your package, I will investigate the weight of the package, and if a discrepancy is found, I will send a replacement at no extra cost.
    • If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, I can help track the package if a trackable shipping service was used. Please allow time for the investigation to be completed. All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
  • Incomplete Address:
    • If an order is shipped with an incomplete address, no free replacement will be available. A new order must be placed with the correct address. Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.

Refunds and Replacements:

  • Order Not Delivered Yet: If your order has not been delivered yet, please allow enough time for delivery, as times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, I may consider sending a replacement if a trackable shipping service was used.
  • Incorrect Product Received or Product Defects: If you receive the wrong product or if the item has visible stains or defects, I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and send a picture of the item to support your request.
  • Exchanges
